I SCD MYSELF WHILE SHAVING HELP? ASAP!?

i scd myself while shaving cos i pushed down too hard and i didnt apply any shaving cream... what should i do...[i rinsed my cheek with iodine and placed the skin back to the wound and applied band aid is this fine?] i have a cl tomorrow and im embarred of this huge a$s sc on my face help! thank you...[how can i heal it overnight]
