Girl Question. What do you think about this shallow girl?

I got this from an article I was reading. I did not write this. "I believe that another reason people behave in a shallow manner is that those who do not have much to offer in the way of personality or intellect learn only too quickly that in certain social contexts behaving in a shallow manner can prove an effective social crutch. It can help avoid embarring lulls in conversation and ensure that no one takes them too seriously. People with agendas or substance are not challenged by them and so therefore do not feel threatened." I really like this... For some reason I do believe that some girls use shallowness as a social crutch because they have nothing to contribute to anyone. I know this girl, Who use to avoid me and some of my friends. I had a lot of empathy and a good personality, so Did my friends. But this Girl only ociated with us in large group conversation, when all she did was laugh at the person who was talking and had the most attention. On fb... She only talks to the popular people and richest people and this dude who got into medical school. She ignores me and the rest of my friends, when in reality All we're trying to do is be nice and get to know everybody... What do you think about this page and the girl i'm talking about??
