Im sixteen and about to be involved in a custody case?
I don't know anything about the custody laws in Pennsylvania but if he is physically hurting you then you should leave and go to your Mom's. She should be able to file for emergency temporary custody which would involve a restraining order. If he won't let you leave then you always have the option of calling the police when it happens. You don't deserve to be treated this way. Of course, I can understand how you might not want to cause any more turmoil than necessary before the court date. If you are wanting to stick it out until it goes to court I would suggest keeping a notebook and write down the things that he says and does to you, as well as how often. This will help the judge to see that it is not a safe place for you to be. With all that being said I think that you have a very good chance of your Mom gaining full custody. Even without everything that is going on, in most states the legal age in which you can decide which parent you want to live with is 14. I hope everything works out for you. Keep your head up.
