Is there a good bar in Chicago to watch Houston Texans NFL games?

i don't know, because I don't live in Chicago, but if you go to "Buffalo Wild wings" they will always be playing EVERY game in the NFL. Although it may not have sound, you'll be sure to get to see the game.
