it has so many meanings the most important one is that (dum tek tek) refers to the way of singing the musical beats in arabic and especially when it's played on the drums (the orient ones)another reason there's a new turkish singer who realsed a song lately called dum tek tek,and it's the basic beat if you want to do some belly dancing!
