Wat to do (guy trouble )?

So I been w this guy for 6 years have a kid by him our son is 3 well I kinda felled out of love w him tried to break up w him in the past but he said he would never come back I'm taking that as he won't come back to c our kid n another time he said he will kill him self is the anyway to do it w out it coming to him killing him self I'm so unhappy w him I can't take it n need to get out
