I'm having typing problems as of late?

Other's before have curbed this using study bursts. Rather than one or two long sessions, more frequent but shorter sessions. Give yourself time, bodybuilders don't constantly flex. Resupply your brain with the glucose it needs to stay focused (this doesn't have to come from refined sugars:) Some nutritional deficiencies show up in cognition first; consider a thorough review of your diet. Don't skimp on sleep, though you may not need as much quantity if you have good quality sleep. And between sessions try to get some minutes of sun.
