How Can I Come Out To My Family?

i'm gay, but i have no idea how to tell them. i'm really worried about telling my parents because theyre both really phobic. lots of people have said that theyll love me no matter what, but i'm worried incase that doesn't happen. im worried that they'll just go mad and hate me... please help!
