God, I felt exactly like you. I have had cramps for two weeks straight, I just threw up yesterday, also I have been feeling really fatigue. You need to wait until you miss your period and then take a test that morning or the next morning. Sometimes you could just have those cramps during your ovulation time. Most women have them.
